Weekly Photo Challenge: Forward Bride and Groom

Weekly Photo Challenge: Forward.

Being Dragged to the Altar

Being Dragged to the Altar

I attended a wedding in upstate New York a few years ago and took this photo at a young couples reception.   The cake topper says it all, “Let’s move forward”!   It appears that the woman is attempting to move the man forward and he is resisting.  The real question at hand might be if this step in life is really moving  forward?  What you might think is moving you forward could ultimately send you backwards.  I am always hopeful that woman make attempts to look deep within themselves first to visualize their own potential, career and dreams so they can always move forward by themselves regardless of what the circumstances.
